Mr. David Robert Mandich  was arrested on December 16th 2010 for fraud in Cabo San Lucas Mexico.

He created a pirate website which they used to blackmail dentist who do not want to work for him.

 

Making false statement in blogs created by themselves damaging the reputation of the doctors, which have offered their professional services to locals and foreign community for over 25 years.

 

American Impostor are out to steal the corporate image of the doctors, patient and tricking redirected to another accomplice who is Dr. Rafael Ramirez Cabañas is located in cabañas buildings in downtown Cabo San Lucas, This Dr. Lacks of professional ethics knowing the situation and ignoring in complicity with the terrorist Mandich.

  

Mandich seeks Doctors making promising of lots of patients and big economic benefits.

  • He calls himself a writer (a really bad one)

  • He calls himself an artist (I am Picasso)

  • He also call himself a banker (we are in trouble), and he calls himself a medical, dental adviser (He don't have any medical or dental studies to be an adviser).

  • We can call him a thousand faces or....... We can call him a parasite (worm) that lives from other people.

  • And he can call himself.... A big fraud!

So, now  Mr. Mandich is again trying to mislead people and make money from this new website;

In his latest ciberterrorist attack against dr. Peña he create a fake arrest order and false patients testimonials to affect the Dr. Peña reputation, all this, in revenge after a bad divorce. 

The victim, (like he likes to call himself) is full of anger and resentment and he try to bring the war, which he has in his twisted mind against Dr. Peña to all of you. Mr. Mandich is on probation, for his criminal activities and he run away from Mexico, now he has others charges to face with the Mexican autorities, like IRS and customs inmigration.

This is the e mail David Mandich is blackmailing Dr Rosy Peña, putting her reputation in jeopardy all over the internet and creating fake blogs with false patients testimonials.

Sounds like you needed be concerned about anything said about Angels Touch, Cabo Soft Dental Care or Rosa Pena. If this were all true - you wouldn't be so bothered would assume.  In any event, I was just going to notify you I sold my AMD biz as well.  The new owners will be making some changes soon - removing some copy about you etc. and putting their own in - I expect you'll do the same re your defamation about me and AMD.  Otherwise... Rosa Pena will live forever on the internet as the worst dentist in Mexico (and in Israel).

In the Mexican law there is a legal instrument that calls Amparo, that means if you have an arrest order you do an amparo, and the law protect your freedom rights.
(you don’t go to jail during the process of the court).

So if I want to put you in jail you don’t need to know there is an arrest order, because you will get an amparo.

Mr. Mandich is telling me and to the entire world by internet that he have an arrest order against me, I think if he wants me on jail he don’t need to say nothing to no body so I cannot get an amparo.

But he is telling everybody because this arrest order is faked by him.

I went to the federal court and ...surprise they told me there is no arrest order against my person.

Here I present the document with the date November 25th 2011.

The fake arrest order is from January 13th 2011.

That means my document is actually the good one.
